By purchasing during the pre-sale, you’re securing the final version of the MouthX device and joining the second production batch, with estimated delivery in June 2026. The first batch, scheduled for delivery at the end of March, is now fully allocated. Production slots are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

You can cancel your order at any time. To manage a cancellation or make modifications, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with the process. Additionally, you will have a 30-day trial period from the moment you receive your MouthX to return it if you wish.

MouthX comes with a legal warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery. In Spain, Portugal, and Sweden, this period is extended to 3 years in accordance with local regulations. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity present at the time of delivery. It does not cover damage caused by improper, negligent, or non-compliant use.

Sales within the European Union (EU)

If you make a purchase from any EU member country, the price displayed will already include the VAT rate applicable in your country of residence.

In cases where the applicable VAT cannot be determined automatically, the correct VAT rate for your territory will be applied and shown at checkout before completing the purchase.

Sales to countries outside the EU

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the displayed price will not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and may be required by customs authorities upon delivery or clearance.

The final amount, excluding VAT, will be clearly shown before completing the purchase.

Currency and payment

All prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR). If your local currency is different, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount and may apply its own exchange rate or additional fees.
