2. Use of the Portal

Accessing and/or using the Portal grants the user status, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the terms of use stipulated in this Legal Notice. The Portal provides access to information or data (hereinafter "Content") on the internet belonging to AURAX or its licensors, to which the user may have access. The user agrees that the use of the Portal and its Content is done solely and exclusively at their own risk.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

AURAX, either itself or as an assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights to its Portal, as well as the Content (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts, trademarks or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.). Reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including the availability of all or part of the Portal's Content for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, are expressly prohibited without the authorization of AURAX. The user agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights owned by AURAX. No links to the Portal may be established from any other website without prior and express consent from AURAX.

AURAX may at any time and without prior notice, modify the terms of use of the Portal, by publishing such modifications on the Portal to make them known to users. Similarly, AURAX reserves the right to make modifications to the Portal without prior notice, and may change, remove, or add Content presented or located on the Portal.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The terms of use stipulated in this Legal Notice are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.
