On May 19, we lived a truly special moment at Aurax: MouthX was awarded the FHF Innovation Trophy in the Autonomy category at SantExpo Paris. Selected from 123 applications, and as one of the 24 finalists, we were presenting across 8 major healthcare themes including Medicine in the age of AI, Diagnosis Aid, Ecological Transformation, and more, among incredible initiatives.

This means a great deal to us. We built MouthX because someone felt, and knew, that someone they just met deserved something better than what existed. That conviction is what we brought to Paris.

The jury included members from organizations like Medtronic, Intuitive, Resah, and France Biotech. Winning in this context, in front of people who spend their careers thinking about what health innovation should actually look like, means a great deal to us.

The trophy is not the only part we keep thinking about. From that very first day until the 21st, we had a stand at the Innovation Space. And what stayed with us were the conversations: the people who stopped, tried to understand what MouthX does, and asked real questions about it.

There is something that never gets old: seeing someone's face change the moment they understand what our device actually enables. Not just people with reduced mobility like some of our early users, but clinicians, researchers, hospital staff, caregivers: people who immediately started thinking about a patient, a relative, a specific situation they knew.

SantExpo opened real doors. The FHF network connects hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and medico-social institutions across France. This recognition accelerates things, and we are very excited about what that can mean for people who need this kind of device!
